What should I do if I am waiting for a seller's response?
Check filtered messages or the purchase channel's notification area for a reply. Check whether the matter has a deadline that needs to be clearly stated in your message.
How can I keep a useful record of a support chat?
Keep relevant attachments alongside the conversation when appropriate. Check the saved agreement against later order updates when necessary.
What should I check when a price is displayed in an unfamiliar currency?
Do not infer the seller's location from the currency alone. Consider the complete displayed total rather than a headline figure.
